Okay - I'll be honest with you. I can't cook. Strengths and weaknesses, right? But I can make a stiff drink. After all I did get my Doctor of Mixology degree from Harvard (don't judge). On Sunday Courtney and I decided to really get into the fall season. We made Apple Cider Sangria and I bought cider doughnuts from the local farmer's market. And boy was it good. Trying making some! It's delicious.
1 bottle of Pinot Grigio
2 1/2 cups of fresh Apple Cider
1 cup of Club Soda (I used granny apple seltzer)
1/2 cup of Captain Morgans or Ginger Brandy
3 Honey Crisp Apples, chopped
3 Pears, chopped
Prep Time 10 min
Mix ingredients together, stir and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
